Position Details

Name of the Post: Pharmacopoeial Associate
- Age: 23 to 35 years
- Salary: Rs. 35,000/-
- No. of Posts: 02
- Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Pharmacy/Chemistry/Biochemistry or equivalent.
- Desirable: Good knowledge of computers.
Experience:
- Minimum 02 years’ experience in:
- Drug testing and analysis of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) / Drug formulations
- Handling of modern analytical instruments, Pharmaceutical Research
- Preparation and maintenance of documents and records as per NABL accreditation and GLP
- Implementation of QMS
- Place of Posting: Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC), Ghaziabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience on instruments like HPLC, UPLC, AAS, FT-IR, UV, KF etc.
- Experience in quality assurance.
- Maintenance of QMS.
- Preparation & Evaluation of the documents as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017
2. Name of the Post: Senior Pharmacopoeial Associate
- Age: 32 to 40 years
- Salary: Rs. 45,000/-
- No. of Posts: 02
- Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Pharmacy/Chemistry/Biochemistry or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum 05 years’ experience in:
- Drug testing and analysis of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) / Drug formulations
- Handling of modern analytical instruments
- Pharmaceutical Research
- Preparation and maintenance of documents and records as per NABL accreditation and GLP
- Implementation of QMS
Key Responsibilities:

Walk-In Interview Details
A walk-in interview is going to be held on 10th March 2026 for filling up the vacant positions at the Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC), an Autonomous organization under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Ghaziabad, through Outsourcing Manpower Providing Agency.

Period of Engagement
The tenure of the contract will be for a period of one year. However, in case the work and conduct of the staff is not found to be satisfactory during the contract tenure, the services may be terminated at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
