This Pharmacist Job is offered under NHM Haryana on a contractual basis and follows government health policies and NACO guidelines.
Job Description
Applications are invited from eligible candidates to fill the Pharmacist Job under the Haryana State AIDS Control Programme, Panchkula. The post is purely on a contract basis for a fixed period initially up to 31.03.2026 (extendable subject to administrative approval and performance).

Key Responsibilities
- Dispensing medicines under the ART centre as per programme guidelines
- Maintaining drug stock and inventory records
- Ensuring proper documentation and reporting
- Following NACO and NHM Haryana guidelines
- Coordinating with the ART centre medical team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognised institute OR
- Diploma in Pharmacy
- The candidate should be registered in State Pharmacy Council.
Essential Experience
- 3 years of experience for diploma holders.
Desirable
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
Salary
- Rs. 21,000/- per month (Consolidated)
Selection Criteria
Selection will be based on:
- Essential Basic Qualification – 30 Marks
- Post Qualification Relevant Work Experience – Maximum 10 Marks (02 marks per completed year)
- Local Area Weightage (Haryana Domicile) – 10 Marks
No written test/interview shall be conducted.
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Applicants should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric.
- The remuneration is consolidated, and no other allowance is admissible.
- All positions are district-specific and non-transferable.
- The selection process does not involve any written test/interview; it is based on the criteria detailed in the application form (Annexure-B).
- Post qualification relevant work experience in any State Govt./Semi Govt./UT/Govt. Board/NHM/SACS or accredited private institutions is considered.
