Job Description
As an Associate – CQ (Quality Control) at Pfizer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product integrity and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Seeking a Pharma Job at Pfizer means engaging in a role that significantly impacts product safety.
- Perform analytical tests such as water analysis, Limit Tests, and instrumental analyses using HPLC and GC.
- Conduct quality analyses of finished products, raw materials, and components, including data entry, review, and EMS report generation.
- Maintain and update training records to reflect current testing capabilities.
- Perform sampling and labeling of materials according to defined procedures and verify the functionality of all instruments.
- Interpret and evaluate analytical data for accuracy, precision, and trends, identifying potential cGMP impacts and suggesting corrective actions.
- Ensure documentation and quality records adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Review and revise SOPs, analytical methods, and related documentation to ensure ongoing compliance. The Pharma Job requires adherence to high standards.
- Collaborate within a team to manage timelines, complete projects, and plan work activities efficiently under supervision.

Educational Qualification

- Proficiency in handling quality control instruments and data management systems.
- Experience in laboratory work, especially HPLC (High-Pressure Liquid Chromatography).
- Proven leadership in continuous improvement or Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and adaptability to new techniques.
