Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and daily packaging plans as per material requirements.
- Maintain personal hygiene and follow all training requirements as per schedule.
- Work according to approved SOPs in the sterile manufacturing general area.
- Prepare, review, revise, control, and implement SOPs for general area processes.
- Prepare Batch Production Records (BPR).
- Ensure all equipment and lines remain in validated and calibrated status.
- Check records and logbooks for packaging and inspection equipment.
- Train subordinates, technicians, and operators on departmental procedures.
- Follow cGMP, Good Documentation Practices, and departmental discipline.
- Handle documentation related to packing and inspection operations.
- Monitor all activities related to packing and inspection to ensure compliance.
Education requirements for the BPharm Job
B.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Sc., M.Pharm
Experience Required for the BPharm Job
2–7 years in sterile manufacturing
