Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute medical strategies aligned with local and regional objectives.
- Engage HCPs via scientific exchange, education, and evidence dissemination.
- Collect and analyze clinical insights to inform internal strategy and support teams.
- Deliver internal medical training to commercial, market access, and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain strong KOL and speaker engagement, facilitating advisory boards and scientific meetings.
- Drive evidence generation projects, including real-world data studies and investigator-initiated research.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards in all medical activities.
Educational Requirements
- Master/PhD in Pharmacy (country equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Affairs, clinical development, or market access.
- Therapeutic experience in anesthesia, surgical, or ICU environment is a plus.
Skills Required
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced field role.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and scientific writing skills.
- Strong organizational judgment, resilience, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
