Job Description:

The Project Technical Support-III position is a short-term research role focused on investigating the role of endocannabinoids in the gut-brain axis and the differential role of cannabinoid receptors in metabolic dysfunction. This role is ideal for candidates with a B.Pharm or M.Pharm/M.S. (Pharm) degree who are interested in preclinical research and molecular biology. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preclinical and molecular biology experiments related to gut-brain axis research
  • Perform stereotaxic surgeries and sample preparation for analysis
  • Support molecular assays such as RT-PCR, Western blot, and In-situ hybridization
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and assist in data compilation
  • Collaborate with the research team under the guidance of the Principal Investigator.

Educational Qualification:

B Pharm degree and M Pharm degree

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in stereotaxic surgery
  • In-vitro and molecular biology techniques including RT-PCR, Western blot, In-situ hybridization
