    Job Description

    • Provide high-quality data management support to the Data Management (DM) team
    • Ensure data tasks meet sponsor and company requirements
    • Perform Clinical Data Management and coding activities
    • Support data accuracy, quality, and efficiency in projects
    • Take leadership roles when required (Lead Coder or DOC)
    • Handle specific data management tasks in clinical trials
    • Contribute to coding-related activities in large/mega trials

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work independently as a Clinical Data Coder, Lead Coder, or DOC for assigned protocols
    • Manage coding activities across the full study lifecycle with minimal guidance
    • Test and validate coding applications, reports, and related datasets
    • Perform data review and resolve data queries/clarifications
    • Support and manage project timelines with team leads or managers
    • Conduct Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reconciliation
    • Act as backup for Lead Coder, DOC, or Data Team Lead when needed
    • Perform quality control checks and support new technology implementation
    • Provide solutions for coding and data management challenges
    • Handle audit requirements for studies and coding projects
    • Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
    • Complete assigned tasks and meet project objectives
    • Maintain effective communication and teamwork within the team

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Pharmacy, medical, dental, nursing, life sciences, or related field
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent education + training)
    • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy, and physiology
    • Good understanding of medical coding dictionaries (MedDRA, WHODD, etc.)
    • Knowledge of the full data management process (from study start to database lock)
    • close attention to detail and the ability to solve problems independently
    • Basic understanding of database technologies used in data management and coding
    • Familiar with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
    • Good communication, organizational, and leadership skills
    • Ability to work well with teams, managers, and clients
    • LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) certification may be required
