    Job Description

    The Officer – Production OSD under Lupin Careers will ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, Data Integrity, and EH&S standards. Responsibilities include following SOPs, manufacturing assigned product batches, maintaining equipment, performing line clearance, troubleshooting machinery, and attending mandatory training programs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Comply with all cGMP, GDP, Data integrity, and EH&S requirements.
    • Conduct all activities as per the applicable SOPs.
    • Report any quality concerns or suggestions for improvement to supervisors/managers.
    • Manufacturing/processing of batches of assigned products under supervision as per instructions given in the BMR.
    • Upkeep of the area and machines as per GMP requirements.
    • Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment and instruments as per the approved schedule, and the results of the same meet the standards.
    • Perform line clearance activity during batch-to-batch and product-to-product changeover and ensure compliance as per SOP.
    • Troubleshooting of coating, compression, and granulation-related problems of the machine.
    • Attend required cGMP/On Job/Functional training activities as per the planner.

    Qualification

    • Graduation in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Technology
    • Master’s in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Technology
