Key Responsibilities
- Allocate manpower across workstations efficiently.
- Ensure smooth operations with no machine stoppages.
- Supervise production lines and support validation activities.
- Maintain cGMP compliance and proper documentation.
- Review and manage BMR/BPR records.
- Handle minor machine settings and monitor performance.
- Train staff on SOPs, cGMP, and conduct inductions.
- Oversee discipline and workforce movement on the floor.
- Assist in SOP preparation and take charge in the supervisor’s absence.
- Perform line clearance, in-process checks, and documentation review.
- Support equipment calibration, qualification, and EHS activities.
- Approve material notes (MRN, MRQN, LRN) and conduct challenge tests.
