Job Description
- Conduct in vitro ADME studies such as solubility, stability, plasma protein binding, metabolism, drug-drug interactions, and Caco-2 permeability.
- Instrumental in bioanalytical sample preparation, LC-MS/MS data acquisition, and integration.
- Recording of raw data, data acquisition, compilation, analysis, and interpretation. Ensure data integrity and reporting with good accuracy.
- Prepare study plans and reports.
- Maintain the laboratory and equipment as per SOP.
- Perform assigned work independently with minimum supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in vitro ADME studies
- Perform bioanalytical sample preparation and LC-MS/MS analysis
- Record and compile experimental data accurately
- Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
- Prepare study plans and scientific reports
- Maintain laboratory instruments as per SOP
- Execute assigned research activities independently
Qualifications
- Master’s in Pharmacy or relevant field with experience of 1-4 years.
