Key Responsibilities
- To execute/supervise Production activities machine-wise at the Coating area.
- Online checking of In-process parameters and completion of the logbook and BMR of the coating area.
- To check and make the availability of the machine as per the Preventive Maintenance schedule.
- Co-ordination with IPQA/QC/Engineering/IT and MSTG department for smooth functioning of Production activities.
- To fill documentation as per GDP and maintain data integrity in the Production area.
- To fill documentation as per cGMP practice in the Production area.
- To do and review calibration/verification of balances in the Production area.
- Proper shift handover to the next shift officers.
- To fulfil the daily production Target.
- Manpower allocation and utilisation in the Coating Area.
- To maintain discipline and punctuality among the colleagues /subordinates,/workman.
- To impart various training to officers and workers.
- To handle and solve day-to-day issues and problems related to the product and productivity.
- To implement the corrective and preventive action as and when required for compliance.
- To report any deviation and abnormality of any type to the seniors/shift in charge.
- To implement the kaizen on the shop floor and to provide a target kaizen every month.
- To participate in PACE and other process improvement activities.
- Other work assigned by the Department Head.
Qualification
- B.Pharm
- Experience: Tenure: 02 to 04 Yrs
