Job Description
This role under Amneal careers requires working in aseptic processing areas while following safety rules and company norms. The Associate Filling position focuses on monitoring critical parameters, maintaining documentation, operating aseptic equipment, and ensuring smooth filling and sealing operations as per cGMP and SOP guidelines.
Key Responsibilities | Pharma Jobs in Hyderabad
- Follow safety rules in the premises according to company norms
- Monitor DP, RH, and temperature in aseptic processing areas
- Maintain BMRs and other logbooks as per cGMP and SOP
- Operate and clean filling machines, rubber stoppering, sealing machines, isolators, pass boxes, glove cleaning and integrity testers including VHP
- Perform filling, stoppering, lyophilization, and sealing operations as per SOP and BMR
- Perform in-process checks during filling
- Carry out aseptic area cleaning and fogging in coordination with the engineering department
- Operate and clean all aseptic area equipment, change parts, and ensure proper storage
- Operate and clean heating and cooling skid, CIP & SIP skid
- Perform environmental monitoring (viable) of aseptic processing areas
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, HR, and Administration for daily activities
- Ensure timely completion of calibrations and validations in coordination with Engineering and QA
- Perform cleaning verification and preparation of filling parts for autoclaving
- Complete SOP training and on-the-job training related to aseptic processing areas
- Operate and clean CIP/SIP equipment before and after batch processing
- Perform additional activities as assigned by HOD
