Education and Experience Required for Executive Job Role:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Experience: Minimum 1–4 years of hands-on experience in mAbs downstream processing.
Executive Job Role – Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure good aseptic practices within the Biologics operations facility.
- Perform key upstream activities such as assembly preparation, media preparation, vial thawing, feed preparation and filtration, bioreactor operations, and batch harvest.
- Monitor and control upstream operations while maintaining complete quality records and raw material traceability.
- Conduct in-process product sampling, documentation, and report generation.
- Execute equipment ownership duties and manage complaint slips, line clearance, and process readiness for audits.
- Prepare general upstream-related procedures, protocols, and BMRs.
- Participate in preventive maintenance, calibration planning, and consumable stock management.
- Assist downstream processing activities under supervision.
Competencies and Compliance Requirements:
- Adherence to EHSS (Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability) practices.
- Compliance with cGMP and GDP guidelines.
- Timely completion of mandatory training modules related to data integrity and safety.
- Proper documentation, deviation handling, and CAPA implementation.
- Reporting of non-conformities and near-miss incidents as per company policy.
