Job Description
As an R&D Category Assistant at Reckitt, you will thrive in our fast-paced environment alongside a team of expert scientists dedicated to ensuring product safety and efficacy. Your meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in supporting technical dossier management and analytical lab compliance.
Key Responsibilities | Pharma R&D Jobs
- Develop new formulations and troubleshoot formulas
- Continuous improvement of existing formulas and processes
- End-to-end delivery of products from concept to launch for EPDs and NPDs
- Manage cross-functional teams and related documentation
- Agile and able to work under pressure
- Independent and proactive problem-solving approach
- Work on hand and body hygiene products
- Evaluate chemical and physical properties, performance, and stability
- Conduct laboratory tests and competitive product analysis
- Maintain laboratory notebooks and records accurately
- Material management and inventory control
- Maintain laboratory equipment as per SOPs
- Follow safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines
- Handle chemicals, reagents, documentation, and waste disposal
- Provide technical support to other departments
- Willing to travel for technology transfer to plants
Qualifications Required For this Pharma R&D Job
- Master’s in Pharmacy, or equivalent
- 2–4 years of experience in R&D of surfactant-based formulations
- Experience in personal hygiene or cosmetic formulations
- Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems
- Strong communication and digital skills
- Higher qualifications and relevant experience preferred
