    Key Responsibilities

    • Should have good Experience on multi-color flow cytometry, should be able to design and perform Flow cytometry assays from in vitro and in vivo samples independently.
    • Should be able to handle the Flow instruments from Either BD Biosciences or Beckman Coulter.
    • Perform analysis using Flow Jo software.
    • Design, optimize, and perform Primary cell culture assays.
    • Perform meticulous record keeping and help in the generation of scientific reports.
    • Should have a sound knowledge of Immunology and Oncology.

    Qualification

    • M. Pharm from a reputed University with special expertise in in vivo Immunology or a related field.

    Technical/Functional Skills

    • Experience in flow cytometry, including BD FACS Canto/Fortessa systems
    • Ability to perform assays on blood, bone marrow, spleen, and kidney tissues
    • Hands-on experience in primary immune cell assays (activation, proliferation, cytokines, signaling)
    • Knowledge of immunology and oncology is an advantage
    • Experience in animal handling, dosing, and sample collection as per ethics guidelines
    • Strong data generation, record-keeping, and scientific reporting skills
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and GraphPad Prism for data analysis
    • Excellent communication skills for presenting scientific results
