Key Responsibilities
- Should have good Experience on multi-color flow cytometry, should be able to design and perform Flow cytometry assays from in vitro and in vivo samples independently.
- Should be able to handle the Flow instruments from Either BD Biosciences or Beckman Coulter.
- Perform analysis using Flow Jo software.
- Design, optimize, and perform Primary cell culture assays.
- Perform meticulous record keeping and help in the generation of scientific reports.
- Should have a sound knowledge of Immunology and Oncology.
Qualification
- M. Pharm from a reputed University with special expertise in in vivo Immunology or a related field.
Technical/Functional Skills
- Experience in flow cytometry, including BD FACS Canto/Fortessa systems
- Ability to perform assays on blood, bone marrow, spleen, and kidney tissues
- Hands-on experience in primary immune cell assays (activation, proliferation, cytokines, signaling)
- Knowledge of immunology and oncology is an advantage
- Experience in animal handling, dosing, and sample collection as per ethics guidelines
- Strong data generation, record-keeping, and scientific reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and GraphPad Prism for data analysis
- Excellent communication skills for presenting scientific results
