Key Responsibilities
- Drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics: Physchem assays
- Perform a broad range of assays like solubility, Log D/P, pKa, and stability
- Support UHPLC-UV and LC-MS method development for NCEs
- Good knowledge of chromatography separations and Mass spectrometry
- Prepare samples and conduct analytical measurements with high quality
- Data generation, Data analysis, compilation, and report preparation
- Handle key high-throughput instruments such as Biomek, plate readers, incubators, and centrifuges.
- Document all experimental work accurately and regularly upload
