Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain forecasting models using Python.
- Convert manual or spreadsheet models into automated workflows.
- Analyze complex datasets to generate insights for business decisions.
- Perform statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining.
- Collaborate with Commercial Data Analyst teams and stakeholders.
- Support forecasting processes and share insights with finance teams.
- Collect and analyze real-world data to support business strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key findings.
- Stay updated with trends and technologies in pharmaceutical analytics.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a business or data analyst role, preferably in pharma or biopharma.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in pharmacy.
- Knowledge of forecasting methods and pharmaceutical data analysis.
- Strong skills in statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; VBA/Macros are an advantage.
- Strong communication skills to present insights to stakeholders.
