Educational Requirements

Master’s or PhD in Pharmaceutics or related life sciences from a reputed university
Key Responsibilities
- Perform method development, validation, and regulated bioanalytical sample analysis
- Ensure studies are conducted in compliance with SOPs, STPs, GCP, and GLP guidelines
- Guide scientists and research associates during experimental execution
- Review analytical data, raw data entries, and official documentation
- Coordinate with QA for audits and compliance activities
- Support preparation of method validation and bioanalytical study reports
- Handle instrument and utility coordination (LC-MS/MS, HPLC, etc.)
- Participate in scientific discussions and project strategy planning
- Lead team performance management and foster continuous improvement
Skills Required
- Strong expertise in small molecule bioanalysis
- Hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS, HPLC
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory bioanalytical guidelines
- Scientific troubleshooting and data interpretation skills
- Leadership, mentoring, and project management abilities
- Excellent documentation skills following ALCOA++ principles
Regulatory & Industry Exposure
- Regulated bioanalytical studies
- CRO laboratory experience (preferred)
