Introduction of the Job
The Junior Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing fertility-related medications accurately, maintaining pharmacy stock and documentation as per ART and pharmacy norms, and supporting day-to-day clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities for Pharmacist Job Role:
- Dispense medications as per prescriptions issued by Arva Health clinicians
- Maintain accurate medication records, batch details, and dispensing logs
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy licensing and ART regulatory requirements
- Manage inventory: stock checks, expiry tracking, GRN updates, and reordering
- Receive and verify incoming medicines from suppliers
- Maintain proper storage conditions for temperature-sensitive fertility medications
- Prepare daily/weekly stock reconciliation reports for Pharmacist Job
- Guide patients on correct dosage, timelines, and safe handling of medications
- Support the clinical team during high-volume treatment days
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area
- Coordinate with operations for procurement, vendor communication, and timely restocking

Educational Requirements for Pharmacist Job Role:
• D. Pharm or B. Pharm
• Valid Karnataka Pharmacy Council registration
Experience Required for Pharmacist Job Role:
• 0–2 years
• Freshers with strong fundamentals are welcome
• Understanding of fertility medications is a plus
