Pharmacist Job Details
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day
- Working Days: 6 days a week (1 rotational weekly off)
- Shift Timings: Morning: 08:30 am to 5:30 pm || Afternoon: 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
- Stipend/Income: ₹18,200 in-hand. Candidates will be enrolled under NAPS/NATS post joining the organisation
- Performance-linked Incentives: Up to ₹3000- ₹40000

Key Responsibilities of the Pharma Job
- Attend patient cases assigned via the system and initiate calls to patients.
- Accurately interpret the medicines ordered to understand the patient cases.
- Build rapport with patients and offer guidance on medicines, general health, diet, or lifestyle (e.g., suggesting brisk walking to diabetic patients).
- Recommend doctor-approved medicine substitutes (same salt and strength) from top manufacturers like Cipla, Intas, Alkem, Leeford, etc.
- Explain the cost-saving benefits of choosing recommended substitutes and effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Ensure patients clearly understand any change in medicines and continue to follow safe practices.
- Maintain sound clinical knowledge, including:
- Differences between paediatrics and geriatrics
- SR vs PR medicines
- Generic vs branded medicines
- Perform any other relevant clinical responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications Required
- Education: Completed D.Pharm / B.Pharm in 2025/2024
- Languages: Must know Hindi and English. Additional languages are a plus.
