Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Detect, assess, and prevent adverse effects related to pharmaceutical products.
- Monitor and analyze safety data from clinical trials, healthcare providers, and patients.
- Identify potential drug safety risks and take actions to protect patient health.
- Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance and regulatory requirements.
- Perform case identification and data entry in the safety database.
- Conduct MedDRA coding and case processing for safety reports.
- Manage ICSR submission and follow-ups according to client guidelines and regulations.
