Key Responsibilities
- Performing case identification, data entry, and MedDRA coding for ICSRs is essential for this Pharmacovigilance Job role
- Process, submit, and follow up on adverse event cases in safety databases
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and client guidelines
- Support pharmacovigilance and drug safety surveillance activities
- Monitor and analyze adverse event data from multiple sources
- Maintain accurate documentation and data quality in safety systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely case processing
- Support regulatory reporting timelines and safety compliance standards
Skills Required for this Pharmacovigilance Job Role
- Knowledge of Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety Surveillance
- Hands-on experience in ICSR case processing and submission
- MedDRA coding knowledge
- Understanding of global regulatory requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Adaptability and quick learning ability
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3–N5 preferred)
