Job Details for the Pharmacy Job:
- Provide project management support throughout the publication or medical education lifecycle.
- Assist scientific writers by handling submission updates, communication, and tracking progress.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant project execution.
- Manage risks, issues, approvals, and compliance using systems like iEnvision, PromoMats, and NAYA.
- Support budget monitoring, purchase orders, external vendor interactions, and spend tracking.
- Ensure publication materials such as slide decks, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts are delivered on time and stored properly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in processes, technology adoption, and productivity.
- Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.

Educational Requirements for the Pharmacy Job:
