Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Director (Pharmacy), located at the Shahpur campus. The Director will oversee the strategic and operational management of the pharmacy department, ensuring academic excellence and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include designing and implementing academic curricula, leading faculty teams, fostering research and development initiatives, and maintaining quality education in pharmaceutical studies. Collaboration with industry stakeholders and contribution to institutional growth are also expected.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Pharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutical Care.
- Proficiency in Pharmacy Benefit Management and comprehensive knowledge of Pharmacy operations.
- Strong foundation in Medicine pertaining to pharmaceutical applications and patient care.
- Leadership and administrative experience in academic or pharmaceutical settings.
- Doctoral degree in Pharmacy or related field with relevant teaching and research experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and industry trends in pharmacy education and healthcare.
