Based in Ameerpet, Hyderabad, this Pharmacy Job involves extensive travel (minimum 12 days/month) to build and maintain partnerships with major corporates, chambers of commerce, and housing societies. The ideal candidate has a Pharmacy/Medicine/Science degree and a Post-graduation in Management/Hospital Management, with preferred experience (2-3 years) in training, development, or healthcare partnerships.

    Dr Reddy’s Job Description

    Enabling better patient-care in the multi-dimensional healthcare industry, Dr. Reddy’s Foundation for Health Education (DRFHE) touches all stakeholders in the healthcare delivery chain through its various initiatives. The Awareness vertical attempts to reduce the looming non-communicable disease epidemic by reaching out to i) corporate employees, ii) students/teachers/parents, iii) residents of housing societies/RWAs (Resident Welfare Associations) iv) old age homes, creating awareness, resulting in disease prevention.

    Key Responsibilities of the Dr Reddy’s Job

    • Create a stream of corporate partners through engagement with key stakeholders
    • Ensure calendarization of programs at the partner organizations
    • Guide partners on weaving wellness in their health and wellbeing strategy
    • Increase the reach to more corporate partners and increase the frequency of programs
    • Ensure smooth error free execution of AFL at the partner organization
    • Participate in seminars/conferences and propagate the AFL programs to delegates
    • Ensure proper engagement of stakeholders before and after AFL
    • Reach out to health ambassadors – doctors and point of contact from partners
    • Qualitative and quantitative impact assessment and reporting of the programs
    • Participate in live programs and do quality checks and gather insights
    • Ethnographic research to gather insights and suggest improvement
    • Publish white papers on AFL best practices and impact

    Operating Network

    • Internal: Connect with field colleagues PSR, ASM, RM on a daily basis and with SMs & DHs as and when need be. Collaborate with PMT/Corporate Communications & SCM for specific requirements.
    • External: Interface with corporates/industry bodies/chambers of commerce/ministry of health officials

    Qualifications required for the Pharmacy Job

    • A degree in pharmacy
    • Post-graduation in Management/Hospital Management/Organizational Behavior/Psychology from institutions like TISS/XLRI
    • 2-3 years’ experience in training & development or healthcare will be preferable
    • More than 3 years of experience of working with schools/colleges through publications is desirable
    • More than 3 years of experience of working with RWAs/real estate organisations
    • Having worked in any industry body like CII/FICCI/ASSOCHAM etc

    Desired Skills & Competencies for the Dr Reddy’s Job

    • Proven skills in critical thinking, assessment and analysis; strong competency in conceptualizing and designing strategic frameworks;
    • Excellent communication, team building and training skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relations in and outside the organization
    • Ability to undertake regular field visits and interact with different stakeholders;
    • Demonstrated ability in report writing and presentation.
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook
    • Will to help others succeed, patience, self-Discipline, & a forever learning attitude
    • Some experience in publications in form of articles, blogs or books
