Minimum: B. Pharm / M. Pharm

Key Responsibilities for this Pharmacy Job
Process Management:
- Confirm standards against Material, Manpower, Method, Measurement (4M’s).
- Manage safety, quality, compliance, and output on the shop floor.
- Ensure cGMP, GPS, regulatory, QMS, EHS compliance.
- Preparing weekly production plans and resource schedules is required for this Pharmacy Job.
- Supervise manufacturing processes and documentation (BMR, logbooks, checklists).
Performance Management & Problem Solving:
- Set target conditions and deliver performance improvements.
- Execute continuous improvement using GPS methods.
- Monitor key metrics, identify issues, and implement solutions.
- Engage teams in Gemba Kaizen and deviation/problem-solving processes.
People Leadership for this Pharmacy Job:
- Lead and coach shift teams for safety, quality, and output standards.
- Develop team capabilities through training and PDPs using 70:20:10 and GSK methods.
- Conduct coaching, counselling, disciplinary and grievance management.
- Role model expected behaviors and operational standards.
Skills Required for this Pharmacy Job
- 3+ years’ experience in Oral Solid Dosage manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and team-building skills.
- Knowledge of audit requirements, GMP, cGMP, EHS, and quality systems.
- Planning, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage people, processes, and operational KPIs effectively.
