Job Summary
Responsible for efficient preparation of Gel Feed Tanks (GFT) in the Gel Melting Room (GMR) within standard parameters, ensuring quality compliance, timely delivery, and adherence to safety and GMP practices.

Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor gelatin melt tanks via SCADA to prepare batches as per specifications
- Transfer approved gelatin bags and feed ingredients according to SOP and master formula
- Prepare GFTs using weighing booths and dry dye weighing systems
- Operate the Viscosity Adjustment System (VAS) to meet viscosity set points
- Perform capsule trim grinding and ensure proper documentation
- Clean GFTs and dishes using automated and manual processes
- Maintain accurate documentation as per GDP (Good Documentation Practices)
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during shifts
Requirements
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with strict quality and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs
- Basic knowledge of SCADA systems and pharmaceutical processes
- Education: ITI or Diploma in Pharmacy, Science, or Engineering (Preferred: Chemical)
- Experience: Entry-level experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar environment
- Skills: Operation of SCADA systems, Knowledge of GMP and GDP, Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Languages: English and Hindi
