Lupin Job Description:
- Comply with all cGMP, GxP, or any other regulatory requirements, including EH & S requirements.
- Complete training on relevant SOPs and develop an understanding of activities to be conducted prior to undertaking any task.
- Conduct all tasks / activities under work group “Executive_PDL_FML_MDP-1”. Report any difficulty or deviation in following procedures / instructions to immediate Supervisor/Managers.
- Report any quality concerns or suggestions for improvements to Supervisor’s / Managers.
- Maintain high degree of discipline in work area and report any non-conformities, non-adherence, deviation, incident, procedural gap to immediate superior.
- Preparation of process development documents (scale-up batch, experimental batch, process performance qualification protocol & Report) of oral cephalosporin products.
- Preparation of placebo batches of oral cephalosporin products.
- Maintain PDL documents (Lab notebook, process qualification protocol, stability protocol & reports, logbooks, etc.).
- Execution of experimental batches, scale up, exhibit, process optimization and validation batches of oral cephalosporin products.
- Ensure activities are carried out in compliance with EHS & GMP norms. Ensuring usage of PPE’s, compliance to work permit checklists. Event reporting maintain process safety barriers and assist in emergency handling.
- Undergo assigned EHS training programs and participates in promotional campaigns and activities.
