Educational Requirements for Pharmacy Job Role:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or any health-related discipline
OR -
Equivalent clinical research experience or nursing qualification
Experience Requirements for Pharmacy Job Role:
- Strong clinical research experience, particularly in start-up activities
- Knowledge of clinical trial methodology and terminology
- Prior CRA experience preferred
Key Responsibilities for Pharmacy Job Role:
- Site start-up, activation, and regulatory coordination
- Monitoring site performance and ensuring protocol compliance
- Managing study documentation and CTMS updates
- Ensuring ICH-GCP compliance and regulatory readiness
- Supporting investigators and site staff
- Maintaining high-quality data integrity and reporting
- Participating in global clinical study operations
Skills Required for Pharmacy Job Role:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict timelines
