    Educational Requirements for Pharmacy Job Role:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)

    • M.Sc candidates may be considered based on criteria

    Key Responsibilities for Pharmacy Job Role:

    Complaint Processing

    • Receive, log, trend, and coordinate sample returns for product quality complaints.

    • Handle complaints via phone, email, and online submissions.

    • Lead by example using experience from live complaint calls.

    • Manage high-profile complaints and ensure proper justification and documentation.

    Intake Team Support for Pharmacy Job Role:

    • Serve as SME for Intake Team processes.

    • Guide QAS employees to ensure compliance with SOPs and work instructions.

    • Collaborate with Daily Review and Closing Teams for complaint record alignment.

    Continuous Improvement & QAS Support

    • Participate in operational excellence initiatives.

    • Support audits and inspections of the QAS group.

    • Provide data on product complaints, volumes, deviations, etc.

    • Identify automation and defect-proofing opportunities and prepare business cases.

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

    Skills Required for Pharmacy Job Role:

    • 1–4 years of experience in complaint handling

    • Strong English communication (written & verbal)

    • Understanding of CGMP, US CFR, DI, TrackWise (preferred, not mandatory)

    • Knowledge of deviations, investigations, RCA, CAPA

    • Ability to work permanent night shifts

    • Ability to handle customer calls during US business hours

    • Experience with regulated markets preferred
