Educational Requirements

Senior Research Fellow (CoE-SRF):
MS (Pharm.) / M. Pharm. / M. Tech (Pharm.) or Pharmaceutical -
Technical Assistant (CoE-TA):
M. Pharm. / MS (Pharm.) / M.Sc. / M. Tech or pharmaceutical analysis
Key Responsibilities
- Organic synthesis of antibacterial and antiviral compounds
- Computational-aided drug design using AI, molecular docking, virtual screening, and molecular dynamics simulations
- Free energy calculations and cheminformatics analysis
- Isolation, purification, and characterization of small molecules or peptides
- Operation and method development using chromatographic techniques such as HPLC, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS, and NMR
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of organic synthesis or pharmaceutical analysis
- Experience with molecular modeling, molecular dynamics, and AI-based drug design
- Proficiency in Python and scientific libraries (for computational roles)
- Hands-on expertise in chromatographic and analytical instruments
- Research documentation and laboratory compliance skills
