    Educational Requirements for this Pharmacy Job Role

    • Degree in Pharmacy

    • Equivalent relevant pharmacovigilance or patient safety experience may be considered

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage local intake, reporting, and tracking of Adverse Events (AEs) and ICSRs
    • Review, assess, and process safety data from multiple sources including literature
    • Identify and manage Product Quality Complaints (PQC) and Product Security complaints
    • Ensuring timely distribution of safety reports and metrics per SOPs and regulations is required for this Pharmacy Job role
    • Support regulatory authority and collaborator queries related to patient safety
    • Implement CAPAs and process late logs for local non-compliance
    • Perform pharmacovigilance data reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
    • Conduct patient follow-ups using approved scripts and resources
    • Maintain audit-ready documentation and archiving of safety records
    • Support audits and regulatory inspections in line with GVP requirements
    • Complete mandatory patient safety trainings and maintain system access

    Skills Required for this Pharmacy Job Role

    • Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting
    • Knowledge of ICSR processing and safety data workflows
    • Familiarity with safety databases such as Argus, ARISg, or Veeva Vault Safety
    • High attention to detail and strong data reconciliation skills
    • Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of GxP and GVP compliance standards
