Educational Requirements for this Pharmacy Job Role

Degree in Pharmacy

Equivalent relevant pharmacovigilance or patient safety experience may be considered
Key Responsibilities
- Manage local intake, reporting, and tracking of Adverse Events (AEs) and ICSRs
- Review, assess, and process safety data from multiple sources including literature
- Identify and manage Product Quality Complaints (PQC) and Product Security complaints
- Ensuring timely distribution of safety reports and metrics per SOPs and regulations is required for this Pharmacy Job role
- Support regulatory authority and collaborator queries related to patient safety
- Implement CAPAs and process late logs for local non-compliance
- Perform pharmacovigilance data reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Conduct patient follow-ups using approved scripts and resources
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and archiving of safety records
- Support audits and regulatory inspections in line with GVP requirements
- Complete mandatory patient safety trainings and maintain system access
Skills Required for this Pharmacy Job Role
- Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting
- Knowledge of ICSR processing and safety data workflows
- Familiarity with safety databases such as Argus, ARISg, or Veeva Vault Safety
- High attention to detail and strong data reconciliation skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of GxP and GVP compliance standards
