Educational Requirements
- Higher degree in Pharmacy

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current and future R&D technology needs and recommend informatics solutions.
- Design, support, and optimize R&D functional processes and implement system improvements.
- Collect and document business requirements from subject matter experts.
- Translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications.
- Implement process and workflow designs, including data integration from external partners.
- Support business partners in business case preparation.
- Assist system owners in solution design and functional documentation.
- Prepare system user training guides and supporting materials.
- Design and implement EVA pages for Veeva Vault systems.
- Communicate system updates, training materials, and information resources to users.
- Ensure content design aligns with company branding guidelines.
Skills Required
- Strong background in document and data management.
- Experience with technology project management methods and standards.
- Sound knowledge of the pharmaceutical market.
- Experience in system administration support, preferably for Veeva Vault systems.
- Knowledge of data governance, qualification, and validation of IT solutions.
- Strong project, process, and data management mindset.
- High awareness of data privacy and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
