Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a forward-looking technical training strategy aligned with business goals
- Identify skill gaps and training needs across biologics, chemistry, manufacturing, and analytics
- Design and deliver e-learning modules, workshops, and certification programs for scientific roles
- Ensuring training content reflects current biopharmaceutical technologies and global regulatory standards is essential for this Pharmacy Job.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop specialized scientific training modules
- Manage and mentor trainers to deliver consistent training across Bengaluru facilities
- Oversee learning management systems (LMS) for tracking certifications and compliance

Skills Required for this Pharmacy Job
- Strong understanding of biopharmaceutical processes and drug development
