The Director, Pharmacovigilance India, leads the execution of global PV strategy, manages PV operations, ensures adherence to SOPs, and acts as a strategic business partner for key clients. Job Details for the Pharmacy Job:
Managing Adherence to Policy
- Support PV long-term vision and strategic targets.
- Drive operational goals in AE/SAE processing, case intake, follow-up, medical review, literature search, migration support, and submissions.
- Contribute to PV sales goals and proposal participation is required for the Pharmacy Job.
- Act as a PV authority in internal/external consultations.
- Keep PV leadership informed about team progress and developments.
Meeting Financial Targets
- Participate in PV budget management for the India team.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and financial metrics.
Oversight of the Indian Team for the Pharmacy Job:
- Evaluate and plan resourcing needs.
- Participate in recruitment and talent selection.
- Coach, mentor, and manage direct reports.
- Oversee cross-team collaboration between case processing, literature, and PV functions.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and process gaps.
- Drive operational improvements using KPIs and internal metrics.
Relations Management
- Conduct or support complex negotiations with major clients.
- Drive client satisfaction, quality oversight, and governance.
- Manage transitions following company acquisitions.
- Act as escalation point for client matters.
- Train teams in case processing (CP), workflow compliance, literature review, and document management.
- Lead quality investigations and support continuous improvement.
Skills Required for the Pharmacy Job:
