Mandatory Fellowship:
- Candidates must have a valid fellowship such as CSIR/UGC/DBT/ICMR/INSPIRE NET JRF/UGC-RGNF or equivalent for five years.
- Applicants with GATE/MPAT or similar certifications without a 5-year fellowship are not eligible.
