Essential Qualification:

M.Sc. / M.Tech. / M.Pharm. / M.V.Sc. or equivalent qualification in Life Sciences or allied subjects (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Biophysics, Chemistry, Microbiology) with at least 55% marks. Candidates awaiting final results may also apply; however, if selected, they have to produce their final mark sheet before joining.

Must have qualified in CSIR/UGC-JRF, DBT-JRF, UGC-RGNF, ICMR-JRF, DST-INSPIRE, or an equivalent national fellowship valid for five years.
Selection Process:
A three-tier selection procedure will be followed:
- Screening: Based on eligibility and academic merit.
- First Round (Online Interview): Preliminary assessment.
- Final Round (Offline Interview at BRIC-ILS): Interaction with PIs and final selection.
The final list of selected candidates will be displayed on the ILS website, and offer letters will be issued accordingly.
Additional Information:
- Application Fee: ₹500 (Non-refundable; SC/ST/PwD exempted).
- Fellowship: As per funding agency norms (DST/DBT/CSIR/UGC/ICMR).
- Age Limit: Below 28 years as of the last date of application. Relaxation: 5 years (SC/ST/PwD/Female) and 3 years (OBC–Non-Creamy Layer).
- Travel Support: Sleeper-class fare reimbursement for final interview candidates.
- Accommodation: Provided on a paid, first-come-first-served basis.

- To and fro bus/rail fare by the shortest route limited to sleeper class will be paid to all the candidates appearing for the final round of interview.
