Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sohna for the positions of Professor, Associate Professor, and Research Professor in disciplines including Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Public Health, and Optometry. Core responsibilities include delivering exceptional academic instruction, conducting advanced research, guiding student projects and theses, and contributing to curriculum development. Additionally, faculty members are expected to undertake administrative responsibilities, actively engage with students, initiate academic collaborations, and contribute to the institution’s growth through scholarly activities.
Qualifications
- A strong academic background with expertise in disciplines such as Pharmacy is required for the Professor Job.
- Experience in teaching, curriculum development, and research supervision at undergraduate, postgraduate, or doctoral levels.
- Capability to design and conduct impactful research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and contribute to advancing knowledge in the respective fields.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective teaching and mentoring.
- Commitment to fostering creativity, innovation, and collaborative work within a multidisciplinary learning environment.
- Ph.D. in a relevant field is mandatory for Professor and Research Professor positions; significant research contributions will be a strong advantage.
- Experience with the implementation of NEP 2020 principles and global education standards is desirable.
