The research trial will compare duration of ventilation support between control and intervention groups and monitor Train of Four response and ICU-acquired weakness.
About the Project
A randomized control trial of ICU patients requiring mechanical ventilation and neuromuscular blocker infusion. Intervention group receives reversal agent; control group receives placebo. Study outcomes include duration of ventilation support and monitoring for ICU-acquired weakness.
Educational Requirements for Project Assistant Job Role:
- BSc Nursing / Diploma in Nursing with 2 years of experience
- OR Graduate degree in Pharmacy with 1 year of experience
Preferred Experience

ICU or Anaesthesia experience preferred
Key Responsibilities for Project Assistant Job Role:
- Assist Site Physician in screening, recruitment, and follow-up of participants
- Oversee study activities at multiple participating sites and scientific assistant.
- Ensure recruitment, follow-up data quality, site closeout, and archival of study documents
- On-site monitoring of study progress and protocol compliance
- On-site assistance with study-related procedures
Skills Required for Project Assistant Job Role:
- Clinical patient handling experience preferred
- Knowledge of ICU procedures or anesthesia
- Strong communication skills in English and regional languages
- Ability to support multi-site research operations
