Educational Requirements for the QA Job Role
- M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Experience: 2–4 years (API industry experience mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure cGMP/GDP compliance during all in-process activities.
- Perform line clearances and parameter verification.
- Conduct real-time documentation and in-process checks.
- Identify and escalate deviations, OOS, and OOT.
- Participating in audits and regulatory inspections is essential for this QA Job role.
- Support CAPA activities, documentation improvements, and shop-floor training.
- Coordinate with Production/QC/QA for efficient operations.
- Support SOP and batch record review.
- Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, pressure, cleanliness).
- Support technology transfer and validation from the QA perspective.
- Represent QA during customer and regulatory audits.
Skills Required for the QA Job Role
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and API manufacturing.
- Good understanding of QA/QC procedures.
