Key Responsibilities for QC Job Role
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GxP, and EH&S requirements
- Complete SOP training and perform activities as per approved procedures
- Conduct sampling, analysis, reporting, and deposition of injectable raw materials
- Communicate OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) results to concerned personnel
- Maintain sampling kits and sampling booths in the warehouse
- Perform routine calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment
- Review analytical raw data, calibration data, and QC documentation
- Recording and ensuring SAP entries for raw materials and QC samples is essential for this QC Job Role
- Dispose of leftover samples after final approval
- Initiate and investigate laboratory incidents and abnormalities
- Submit analytical records to the documentation cell as applicable
- Coordinate and plan raw material testing activities
- Authorize printing of e-TDS from SAP for QC samples
- Report deviations, events, and investigation findings to reporting managers, HODs, EHS teams, and location heads
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the department head or section in charge
