Educational Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy
- Advanced degree preferred
Experience Required
- 1+ year of experience in clinical data management, data entry, or related roles
- Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the configuration and setup of clinical trial databases and EDC systems
- Perform QC checks on clinical trial data and study documentation
- Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and data entry errors
- Collaborate with data management, biostatistics, and clinical operations teams
- Support validation plans and testing of EDC system functionality
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on system configuration and QC processes
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
Skills Required
- Knowledge of clinical trial databases and EDC systems (Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical, Inform)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Understanding of clinical data quality control processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies
