    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure all operations comply with SOPs, GCP, GLP, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
    • Conduct audits of Bioanalytical Operations, Clinical Operations, Pharmacokinetic Units, QA units, and other divisions.
    • Perform in-process surveillance to assure ongoing compliance.
    • Prepare QA audit reports and ensure follow-up on unresolved issues.
    • Review software validation packages and IQ/OQ documentation.
    • Train new and existing QA staff on audit procedures and QA standards.
    • Revise, implement, and maintain SOPs and relevant facility documents.
    • Assist in internal audits as required.
    • Report operational status and audit outcomes to QA Management.
    • Adhere to compliance programs, global quality policies, and safety/environment standards.

    Educational Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.

    Skills Required

    • Knowledge of ICH guidelines, GCP, and GLP for BA/BE studies.
    • Technical proficiency in LIMS, EP, and Analyst software.
    • Ability to conduct audits in accordance with GDP, GLP, and GCP standards.
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a regulated environment.
