Key Responsibilities
- Cross-check scientific information against cited references to ensure medical accuracy.
- Ensure consistency with product labels and the presence of essential scientific information.
- Interpret scientific data accurately from references and source documents.
- Align and format content according to style guides, journal, and congress guidelines.
- Ensure consistency of scientific content across text, tables, figures, and graphs.
- Verify accurate bibliography, in-text citations, and source annotations.
- Ensure all information is presented neutrally without interpretations or conclusions.
- Track work progress and communicate with client teams through emails and calls.
- Participate in meetings to resolve comments with medical affairs, regulatory, and other stakeholders.
- Complete assigned training programs and related assignments.
- Maintain adherence to quality standards, timelines, confidentiality, and security compliance.
Skills Required
- Strong medical writing and quality review skills with close attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple detailed tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Knowledge of IT and digital solutions used in medical communications.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across remote teams.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience in Cardiovascular Renal Metabolism (CRM), Respiratory, Inflammation, Immunology, or Oncology is an advantage.
