Job Description
The Executive – Quality Assurance role under Quality Assurance Jobs at Apotex Careers involves IPQA activities, warehouse QA activities, and review of MMaR’s and MPaR’s. The position ensures strict adherence to SOPs, GMP guidelines, and regulatory compliance across manufacturing and packaging operations.
Key Responsibilities | Quality Assurance Jobs
- Line clearance of various in-process stages such as Dispensing, Granulation, Compression, Coating, Packaging, and Sampling
- Routine monitoring of all functional areas to ensure adherence to SOPs
- Coordination and timely execution of sampling activities of raw and packing materials
- Coordination of daily activities in manufacturing and packaging areas
- Creation of signatures and methods for raw materials using Truscan RM analyzer
- Approved/Rejected label affixing for API, excipients, primary and secondary packing materials, finished goods, and operation supplies
- Verification of temperature and relative humidity reports generated from TESTO software
- In-process checks during manufacturing and packaging, AQL performance, sample collection, and trending
- Sampling of validation and commercial batches, SLED, BCD, hold time studies, in-process and finished product samples
- Preparation, review, and updating of SOPs
- Coordination for process validation, cleaning validation, calibration, and CAPA implementation
- Review of Master Manufacturing Records, Master Packing Records, and logbooks
- Preparation for regulatory audits and compliance activities
- Ensuring risk reduction measures do not negatively impact systems, facilities, utilities, equipment, or processes
- Supporting team collaboration, employee development, and adherence to compliance programs
- Performing all other duties as assigned
Qualifications required for Quality Assurance Jobs
- Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills along with Computer efficacy in MS-Office and Internet
- Experience: Minimum 02 Years of experience in GMP Regulated Pharmaceutical industry.
