Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements quality assurance strategies in line with the team’s objectives.
- Manages and improves site QA activities within defined product categories.
- Maintains compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identifies, defines, and analyzes alternative courses of action to ensure quality assurance.
- Nurtures strong collaborative relationships within the team, sharing important information, advice, and perspective.
- Ensures compliance with relevant external (legal, tax) and internal (e.g., decision authority, procure to pay) stewardship requirements.
Qualifications Required for Quality Assurance Jobs:
- Adept at identifying, defining, and analyzing alternative courses of action.
- Ability to nurture strong collaborative relationships within the team.
