Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, update, and review SOPs, specifications, and analytical QC documents
- Review and implement pharmacopoeia updates, supplements, and amendments
- Coordinate with QC, QA, RA, R&D, and cross-functional teams for documentation updates
- Maintain online documentation, deviations, and system integrity using approved platforms
- Issue controlled documents and bound books while maintaining issuance records
- Ensure harmonization and simplification of QC documents across supported units
- Monitor timely implementation of pharmacopoeia changes to avoid non-conformances
- Proactively escalate documentation gaps, delays, and compliance risks
Skills Required
- 1–3 years of experience in QC documentation within a pharmaceutical organization
- Strong understanding of pharmacopoeia standards, cGMP, and regulatory compliance
- Hands-on experience in SOP preparation, review, and document control systems
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple timelines
- High attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and data integrity
- Problem-solving mindset to address compliance challenges
