Key Responsibilities
1. Sample Analysis & Reporting
- Perform analysis of stability and finished product samples, as well as miscellaneous samples, as assigned. For candidates seeking a challenging Quality Control job in pharma, these tasks are essential.
- Compile comprehensive reports for all testing activities following strict ALCOA (Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, and Accurate) procedures.
2. Instrument Maintenance & Calibration
- Maintain and ensure the proper usage of critical QC instruments, including Dissolution Test apparatus, UV spectrophotometers, analytical balances, pH meters, and sonicators.
- Ensure that all instruments are calibrated and perform within standard operating parameters. A role in quality control jobs such as this demands technical excellence.
3. Data Integrity & Compliance
- Uphold the company’s Data Integrity policy and ensure the effectiveness of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

4. Stability Chamber Management
- Manage the stability chambers and maintain accurate trackers for all stored samples. Attention to detail is vital in any quality control job at this level.
