Job Description
- Calibration of standalone instruments
- Inventory management
- Maintenance of portable instruments
- Preventive maintenance of QC lab instruments
- Coordination with service engineers for instrument breakdowns
Key Responsibilities
- Calibration and verification of lab instruments (pH meter, conductivity meter, balances, Milli-Q)
- Scheduled calibration and maintenance of QC instruments
- Maintenance of hibernated and portable instruments
- Ensure cGLP compliance in the QC laboratory
- Coordinate with service engineers for instrument maintenance and breakdowns
- Update calibration and preventive maintenance schedules and labels
- Manage inventory (chemicals, standards, LIMS updates, disposal, expiry handling)
- Ensure timely AMC and instrument qualification activities
- Coordinate with CSVC for computer system validations
- Follow regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements
- Support corporate values and maintain teamwork
- Perform assigned duties and ensure safe work practices
Qualifications
- Minimum BPharm or any equivalent degree
- Effective command over verbal and written communication with good interpersonal skills
- Command on Microsoft-Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to prioritize the tasks
- Best in effective planning of work activities to meet the time lines
- Experience: Fresher
