Key Responsibilities
- Ensure training is completed for each activity/instrument as per TNI before execution
- Plan routine activities in consultation with the section head
- Review analytical raw data, documents, electronic data, and audit trails for accuracy
- Check the adequacy and completeness of all raw and analytical data
- Report discrepancies and follow deviation procedures in discussion with the analyst and the section head
- Review and discuss OOS/OOT/Incidents as per defined procedures
- Initiate and document investigations for OOS/OOT/Incidents
- Review QC testing protocols and ensure raw data printout quality
- Report data integrity issues immediately to the QC head, the section head, and the QA
- Implement company data integrity and quality ethics policies
- Stay updated with regulatory requirements and train team members
- Coordinate with regulatory affairs when required
- Maintain cleanliness and perform routine troubleshooting
- Conduct predictive stability analysis for stability study data
- Take responsibility in the absence of assigned personnel
- Conduct daily team discussions
- Perform shop floor rounds and verify QC documentation accuracy and compliance
- Handle additional assignments from the section/department head
- Escalate failures or delays impacting product quality
- Monitor hypothesis and extended laboratory investigations
Qualification
- B.Pharma/M.Pharma degree
